Providing Performing Arts Scholarships
Inspired by a life devoted to medicine, education, and the arts, Walker’s Rising Stars™ was founded by Dr. Jeffrey Walker to support exceptional high school artists. Since its first performing arts scholarship competition in 2003 at Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater, FL the program has awarded over a million dollars in scholarships and created life-changing opportunities in music, theater, dance, visual arts, and vocal performance. Through lasting community support and a dedicated endowment, Walker’s Rising Stars continues to honor, uplift, and empower the next generation of young artists. ✨
Your support helps outstanding young artists gain the recognition and encouragement they need at a pivotal time in their lives. For more than 20 years, Walker’s Rising Stars™ has awarded scholarships and honors talented students across the arts, fostering confidence and opportunity. Every gift invests in the future of American culture and empowers the next generation to pursue their dreams.
